We do not ask that You deliver us from the pain that sacrificial love can bring, but from cold principles, deliver us O Lord.

     We do not ask that You deliver us from the ridicule that can come in following You, but from a life lived without passion, deliver us O Lord.

     If following You means that we have to walk over hot coals, teach us to dance to Your glory.
