At the times, O Lord,
when we feel inadequate,
when we feel overwhelmed by the events of the day,
when we feel we've run out of gas,
help us to see that You are a Spirit of Power,
and that, if we let You,
we may accomplish significant things,
we may survive setbacks,
we may overcome our black days.
Without You, we are finite and limited.
With You, we are undiscourageable.
