O You, who are timeless,
You who sees the whole span of each of our lives,
as if it were but a single page of a book,
Teach us, O Lord, to mark our days.
Treasuring our days---so we may fill them with loving acts.
Hating our days---for they are the time that separates us from seeing you
face-to-face.
Loving our days---for they are a gift from you.
